What is included in the $20 Creative Reel?
One vertical reel up to 30 seconds, using your selected clip or timestamps, with up to 3 generated visual cutaways, animated text, sound effects and 1 revision round within the agreed brief. Add Creative Reel to your pack and review your total and estimated delivery before secure payment. Then send your footage, selected clips or timestamps, key message and brand reference. One Creative Reel first draft takes 72 hours after payment and complete materials, including weekends. The $20 price is fixed and does not use pack discounts.
How do you match my brand?
Share your colours, caption preferences, tone and a reference video in the brief. Those brand details apply across your pack, so you do not need to repeat them for each reel.
How much raw footage can I send?
For Clean, Motion and Signature, there is no duration limit on the raw footage you send for each reel. Share the relevant files and your key message; reviewing, trimming and selection are included in your chosen style’s price.
Is footage selection included?
For Clean, Motion and Signature, yes. Reviewing, trimming and choosing the strongest takes from your footage are included. For Creative Reel, send a selected clip or timestamps. Share your key message and preferences; you do not need to mark every cut or timestamp.
How long can each finished reel be?
Up to 30 seconds for Creative Reel, or 60 seconds in Clean, Motion and Signature. We choose a length that fits your message and pacing; every reel does not need to fill the full minute.
When can I expect my order?
We start once payment and your complete, accessible footage and brief are received. Your single-reel first draft is due in 48 hours for Clean or 72 hours for Creative Reel, Motion and Signature, including weekends. The estimate for all first drafts in a larger pack appears before payment. Send your materials immediately after payment to keep that estimate; missing files or inaccessible links move the delivery clock.
Does the estimated delivery date cover my whole pack?
Yes. It covers the first drafts of all reels in your order, rather than just the first video. We can work on multiple reels within available capacity. Revisions, missing materials and time awaiting your feedback may change the final delivery date.
Do I need to choose every take or add timestamps?
For Creative Reel, send your selected clip or timestamps. For Clean, Motion and Signature, share the key message for each reel and any preferences. We review your footage and choose the strongest takes. Timestamps are optional, and there is no extra charge based on raw-footage duration.
What if the first cut needs changes?
Creative Reel includes one revision round; Clean, Motion and Signature include two rounds within the original brief. Send one consolidated list of feedback per round. New footage, a different direction or work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
What kind of footage is this for?
Vertical talking-head content: expert tips, founder updates, coaching ideas and similar short videos. Long-form edits, multiple final versions or other formats need a separate quote.
