Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Your Best Take is the trading name of حسن العبيدي, operating in the United Kingdom. For orders, complaints, privacy enquiries or cancellation, email [email protected].

2. What you are buying

We edit footage supplied by you into short-form videos. Choose Creative Reel, Clean, Motion or Signature, or mix services in one pack. Creative Reel includes one vertical video up to 30 seconds, using your selected clip or timestamps, with up to 3 generated visual cutaways, animated text, sound effects and one revision round within the agreed brief. Clean, Motion and Signature videos are up to 60 seconds and include footage review, trimming, selection and two revision rounds. There is no raw-footage duration limit for Clean, Motion and Signature. The features shown for your selected service form part of your order. Longer edits, extra final versions, source-file delivery and work outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement.

Creative Reel costs US$20 per video at a fixed price, without volume discounts. Clean costs US$49, Motion US$89 and Signature US$119 per video. For Clean, Motion and Signature only, discounts apply separately to each style: 1–6 videos receive no discount, 7–14 receive 10%, 15–29 receive 15%, and 30 or more receive 20%. Creative Reel quantities do not qualify another style for a discount. Each discounted style subtotal is rounded to the nearest cent, then all subtotals are added. The total and currency are shown before payment. We will not add work or charges without your agreement. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

Orders are subject to availability. Existing bookings and unfinished work are taken into account when estimating delivery.

3. Footage, timing and delivery

You provide accessible footage links, your brief, brand assets and the necessary permissions. For each Creative Reel, identify a selected clip of up to 30 seconds, or a start and end timestamp covering no more than 30 seconds, and its key message. For Clean, Motion and Signature, reviewing and selecting takes are included and timestamps are optional. Check that links work; do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We begin once payment is confirmed and we have your complete, accessible footage and brief. There is no fixed waiting period for new orders. At checkout, you expressly request that we start the service during the cancellation period.

For a single-video order, the first draft is due within 48 hours for Clean or 72 hours for Creative Reel, Motion or Signature after both payment and complete, accessible materials have been received. These are elapsed hours, including weekends, using UK time (Europe/London).

The pack builder and order review show an estimated date for all first drafts before payment, assuming you send complete materials immediately after paying. Larger or mixed packs have a longer estimate based on their quantities and styles; the single-video timeline does not apply to an entire multi-video pack. Revisions and time awaiting your feedback are additional.

Send your footage and brief immediately after payment to keep the displayed estimate. If materials arrive later or links are inaccessible, the delivery clock begins when everything needed is available. We will explain missing items and confirm the updated schedule. If we cannot fulfil a delivery commitment, we will contact you and discuss an appropriate remedy.

Finished videos are delivered through a Google Drive link sent to your order email. Keep your own copies. Our normal project-file retention period is 30 calendar days after final delivery of the completed order and agreed revisions, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

4. Revision rounds

Each Creative Reel includes one revision round. Clean, Motion and Signature each include two rounds. A round means one consolidated list of feedback for that video within its original brief and selected service. A new script, replacement footage, a different style, extra duration or a new creative direction is a scope change; we explain any additional cost before proceeding.

Fixing our failure to meet the agreed brief does not remove your statutory rights or depend on buying extra revisions.

5. Cancellations and refunds

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds except where the law requires otherwise. This policy does not exclude statutory rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services.

UK consumers generally have 14 days from entering a distance service contract to cancel. Email us a clear cancellation request; the form below is optional. If you expressly request an early start and later cancel, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for work completed. The cancellation right ends after full performance only where the required prior request and acknowledgement were obtained.

Where a refund is due, we refund within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of cancellation, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. Business customers do not generally have the same consumer cooling-off right. Mandatory rights always take priority over this policy.

6. Your content and finished work

You keep ownership of materials you supply and give us permission to use them to fulfil your order. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for footage, music, logos, likenesses and other supplied content. Contact us before submitting confidential or sensitive material so we can agree suitable handling.

You may use paid-for finished videos for your own content and advertising, subject to any disclosed third-party licences. Editable project files and reusable production templates are not included unless expressly agreed. We will not use your footage or finished videos in our portfolio or advertising without separate permission. Editing does not guarantee views, leads, sales or platform approval.

7. Problems and changes

Contact us with your order number and the issue so we can review it and offer an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply to future orders, not retrospectively to an accepted order without agreement. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available.
